What you will be doing

The R&D Analytical Lab Coordinator coordinates analytical method development and new essential analytical equipment and methodologies for R&D analytical lab with a focus on demands from users.
1.    R&D analytical lab
-    Communication in/outside of team regarding method and procedure (PD, ART, BRD, ROP, TDT, OI...) for R&D Analysis.
-    Work with supervisor on sample preparation, characterization & data analysis in R&D analytical lab.
-    Continuous improvement on method, work flow, method, and working environment.
-    Technical and non-technical problem identification, understanding and solving in terms of method development.
-    Responsible for the reporting and data interpretation, and set-up the automation of reporting through the system.
-    Development and internalization of essential analytical method by CAPEX projects into R&D analytical lab.
2.    MSA/PEM management
-    MSA, EHS, 5S, ISP, KPI

Who we are looking for

-    Master degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, material science..etc. or Bachelor degree with over 3 years of experience in related field
-    Experience in micro or surface analysis is a plus. (X-ray, SIMS, SEM/TEM.. etc.)
-    Good Knowledge of equipment and machine procedures. 
-    Good understanding of chemistry, physics, material science 
-    Expert knowledge for analytical process
-    Good reporting and communication skill in English
-    Technical curiosity and self-motivation
-    Good team player and time management
