What you will be doing

RBM EHS coordinator supports RBM EHS program standardization, implementation and collection of EHS data in order to improve EHS implementation further.
1.    Set up RBM EHS management system as necessary
2.    Maintain RBM EHS management system up to date.
3.    Training on RBM EHS management system & program to RBM sites
4.    Develop RBM EHS program and tools as necessary
5.    Support RBM sites for better implementation of RBM EHS program and better compliance with local regulation..
6.    RBM EHS KPI data collection and manage KPI data
7.    Support RBM EHS with product stewardship matter. 
8.    Support EHS compliance audit and follow up 
9.    Support APQP EHS review.
10.    Consolidate EHS regulation of RBM sites.
11.    Support RBM sites for HERMES reporting
12.    Conduct standardization project for EHS program
13.    BU level emergency response plan set up and conduct table top drill

Who we are looking for

1.    MSc or BSc in chemistry, environmental, chemical engineering with more than 5 years operational experience in a chemical manufacturing plant.
2.    Strong knowledge and understanding of EHS program in chemical plant.
3.    Strong knowledge about PSM program.
4.    ISO 14001, 45001 management system set up skill
5.    Computer skills: office software (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Sharepoint, Teams)
6.    Ability to write EHS procedures, document in a logical way and user friendly way..
7.    Strong English skill (Speaking, listening, writing, reading)
8.    Good communicator, strong interpersonal skills, promoter of cross-department cooperation
9.    Ability to work in a matrix organization
10.  Ability to work in various culture.
