To enable our customers to produce even better performing batteries we cannot stand still. We need to find new ways to do things, discover new solutions and develop new ideas. What you will be doing

The main purpose of Program Coordinator is to support Program Managers in R&D program activities, which include R&D project coordination, customer qualification, maintaining strong interfaces, project prioritization, and facilitation of necessary resources and tools for the project teams.
1.    Program R&D activities
-    Consolidation of information across multiple projects/teams and maintenance of such documents (e.g. deliverable roadmap, product list).
-    Follow-up on the execution of program with the project leaders within scope and project time line. If necessary, escalate issues to Program Managers.
-    Optimise and maintain program tools. Examples include improving user experience of Planisware, consolidation files and product lists database. When needed, collaborating with digitalisation project team.
-    Key interfaces include, but not limited to: RTC, PTI, AT, M&S, IP, EHS, SCM, Supply, QM, AL, 

2.    Commercialization and qualification activities
-    Actively support internal industrialization and commercialization activities;
-    e.g. quality documentations,  MP-handover checklist, gate review action item follow up, MPTR activities, inter-department coordination, etc.
-    Customer audit preparations; e.g. documentations and evidence consolidation, etc.

Who we are looking for

-    University degree (Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Physics, Materials, Engineering, or similar) is a must
-    Minimum 3 years of work experience in R&D, engineering or quality.
-    Experience and understanding of Li-ion battery materials, 
-    product design and manufacturing processes, or similar
-    Work experience within Automotive industry is nice-to-have
-    Communication and presentation skills
-    Information management and consolidation skills
-    Interpersonal skills
-    Fluent English and Korean.
-    Other linguistic abilities are nice-to-haves 
-    Expertise in common software (e.g. MS Office, Origin, Minitab, etc.)
-    Coding knowledge (e.g. VBA, Python, etc.) could be helpful
