What you will be doing

  • Develop and deploy category strategy for the assigned spend areas
  • Identify spend better opportunities and deliver added value
  • Partner stakeholder in the assigned categories: governance set up, joint KPIs, supplier relationship management
  • Participate in P&T community through active knowledge and best practice sharing
  • Administration of contracts and catalogues in the systems for the assigned categories
  • Support team members upon request in transactional or category related activities
  • Participating in Quality Management - internally (co-building the desired processes) and externally (co-operating in supplier quality system's development)

 

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in indirect materials procurement
  • Proven experience in forecasting and demand planning
  • Professional proficiency in English, with the ability to negotiate effectively and draft/review contracts
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions
  • High level of accountability and ownership
  • Strong performance and results orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong conceptual and strategic thinking ability
