What you will be doing

• Market screening for new sources of OPEX purchases
• Preparing request for information / proposal / quotation documents (including functional specifications);
• Independency in Handling negotiations in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services;
• Processing purchase orders and contracts
• Cooperation with internal stakeholders in the project stages of planning and execution;
• Building and maintaining a good relationship with new and existing suppliers
• Administration of purchases in SAP / SRM systems
• Following the purchase process from requisition to pay
• Reporting, Regular follow-ups;
• Participating in Quality Management - internally (co-building the desired processes) and externally (co-operating in supplier quality system's development)

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
• At least 5yrs in indirect materials procurement
• Forecasting and demand planning
• English - professional level, able to negotiate easily and construct / review contracts
• Negotiation skill
• Microsoft Office
